Submission of presentations for Bachelor State Final Exams in academic year 2023/2024

• Technical support for state final exams
  • a laptop will be available in each commission of master's state final exams;
  • laptops will include the MS Windows 10 operating system (64-bit version) and the MS Office 2016 Professional software (32-bit version), as well as Adobe Reader DC (for opening .pdf files), there will also be a TotalCommander file manager;
  • on request, the laptop can be connected to the Internet (the request must be made before the start of the first day of state final exams);

• Conditions for submitting of presentations
  • It is MANDATORY for students to send the presentation by August 22, 2023 until 6:00 AM. ;
  • there is no limited software for creating a presentation (different versions of MS OFFICE, OPENOFFICE, TEX, PREZI, etc.), the condition is the format of uploaded files and they are: .PPT, .PPS, .PPTX, .PPSX, .PDF ;
  • only presentations sent until 21. augusta 2023 until 9:00 AM. will have a secure functionality check (it is recommended to have at least one version uploaded by this date) (it is checked if the version is executable under MS Office 2021 EDU (it is equivalent version MS Office 365), not the compatibility of effects in the presentation or in Adobe Reader DC);
  • if you create a presentation in a lower (older) version than PowerPoint 2021, do not worry, the version of PowerPoint 2021 is fully compatible with lower (older) versions;
  • the presentation should be named: "SurnameName" (without punctuation);
  • once the presentation is sent to the server, there will be no possibility of editing it (you cannot edit, copy or delete it);
  • if you need to change the presentation (e.g. you will have a newer version of the presentation), resubmit it to the server;
  • in case of problems with uploading (copying to the server) of the presentation, try to use mozilla firefox browser. If it does not help, send the presentation by e-mail to helpdesk.ekf@tuke.sk
